Terms
These terms apply when you use digitup. By using it you agree to them.
What digitup does
digitup checks websites for security and launch problems and monitors sites for their owners. Checks are passive: we load pages and files the way a visitor would. We never try to break in, guess passwords or run attacks. The bot page explains exactly what our visitors do.
What you may check
- Anyone may run the basic check on any public website.
- Deeper checks, monitoring and tests of sign up, log in or checkout are only for sites you own or are allowed to test. You prove that by verifying the site. Don't verify a site you have no right to act for.
- Test accounts you give us must be ones you created for testing. Never give us real customers' logins.
- Don't use digitup to overload, attack or harass anyone, or to get around limits we set.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Results and advice
Reports describe what our checks found when they ran, in plain words. They can miss problems and can sometimes be wrong. They aren't a full security audit or legal advice. Before changing your site, check the finding, especially when an AI tool makes the change for you.
Availability
We work hard to keep checks, monitoring and alerts running, but can't promise they never fail or that every alert arrives. WhatsApp and Telegram alerts depend on those services.
Liability
digitup is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damage, such as lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived by law.
Changes and ending
You can stop using digitup and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to hello@digitup.dev. We may change these terms; if a change matters to you, we'll tell you by email before it applies.
Law
The laws of the United States apply, except where it would take away protection you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.
